As part of the Algoma Chapter’s AGM, we are bringing you a valuable session focused on self-care, physical activity, and overall wellness amid Covid-19 for our nursing community.

We will have several outstanding speakers and engaging sessions during this event, including:

  • Quick update on executive members, membership, and financial status of the chapter.

Physical Activity and Wellness, Let’s Get Moving!

  • Session focused on physical activity and getting moving, with an interactive component sure to get you on your feet.
  • Presenter: Lisa Folz, Coordinator and Professor of the Fitness and Health Promotion Program | Sault College, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

Nutrition, Wellness, and Lessons Learned During Covid-19: What Does Stress do to Our Bodies?

  • Session focused on nutrition, wellness, and the impacts of stress on our bodies amidst Covid-19.
  • Presenter: Dr. Anthony Martin, DC, PhD, DNM, RNCP, DHS | Sudbury, Ontario
