Speakers practice in a variety of roles within the continuum or Mental Health nursing and bring their valuable experiences applicable to students from all backgrounds.  They are passionate nurse practitioners, advanced care nurses, licensed psychiatric nurses currently serving Toronto, GTA, and Indigenous populations (remote), and actively fighting to break off the stigma surrounding the concept of Mental Health.  They will be talking about their passion, experiences, and education requirements, with a Q&A session reserved at the end of the discussion. It's a great opportunity to network and understand the activities of mental health nurses. All the nursing students are invited and encouraged to ask questions, whether they are passionate about pursuing a career in the Mental Health field, or simply want to have a better understanding of Mental Health Nursing.
