Dr. Charlotte Ross will present key discoveries from her Institutional Ethnography research on nurses’ substance use practices. She will discuss how her work revealed dominant moralistic, individuated, decontextualized discourses that organized and silenced nurses’ substance-use practices and their experiences in a regulatory treatment program.
