Dear members,
Middlesex Elgin Chapter is eligible to send a maximum of 10 consultation representatives to the RNAO’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place on Friday, June 23, 2023. This will be an in-person event and this is an exciting way to see our association at work and to meet nurses from across the province
Consultation representatives weigh in on resolutions submitted by members that will help shape the association’s agenda. The required commitment from members who volunteer for this role is that they attend the opening celebrations for the AGM on Thursday, June 22 at 6 p.m. followed by a mandatory meeting to meet the resolution writers. You are also required to attend the AGM on Friday, June 23 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (exact times to be confirmed)
Consultation representatives will be reimbursed for travel, accommodation and meals.
How to register as a consultation representative

All mandatory requirements for consultation representatives are outlined on the registration form and in the attached guidelines. Kindly ensure you fully understand and agree with the requirements before submission.
Registering alternates
If registration as a consultation representative is full, additional chapter members may register as an alternate. Chapters are welcome to register as many eligible alternates as they wish. Alternates should be ready to step in when a consultation representative is unable to perform their required duties. Chapter presidents will be responsible for selecting alternates for consultation representative substitution.
The deadline to register has been extended to Monday, May 15, 2023.
