Interested in becoming a voting representative (VR) for our chapter?
Are you interested in representing the Sudbury chapter as a voting representative / delegate (VR) at the provincial RNAO Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June 2024? Our chapter can send five delegates to the AGM.
At the AGM, you will be expected to represent the views and perspectives of the Sudbury chapter, contribute to the debate, and vote on various motions and resolutions related to governance.

- using the subject line: "RNAO – interested – Voting Rep. June AGM".
- the deadline for submitting your name is Wednesday, April 17, 2024 by 6 p.m.
Please note: To be selected as a VR, you must:
- be an RN or NP;
- attend a Sudbury chapter resolutions meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2023 at 7 p.m. on zoom;
- be available to attend the RNAO AGM, which is scheduled from Thursday, June 20, 2024 (evening) to Friday, June 21, 2024 (daytime)
- the AGM will take place in Toronto (in person) - specific details will be confirmed closer to the time.
The executive network officers (ENO) of the Sudbury chapter will review all submissions. Please note that any Sudbury Chapter ENOs who submit their name for consideration for the VR role will not be involved in delegate selection due to the conflict of interest.
- If you are selected as an official VR, your expenses will be reimbursed by RNAO home office in Toronto.
We will notify the VRs we have selected by Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
